Your Software Assurance benefits are determined by your Volume Licensing agreement such as an Enterprise Agreement or Open Value agreement and the number of qualifying licenses that you have with Software Assurance. The Enterprise Agreement is designed for organizations that want to license software and cloud services for a minimum three-year period. You also have the option to spread your payments by making three annual payments instead of one up-front payment.
The minimum quantity was increased from 250 to 500 on 1 July 2016 but it remains at 250 for public sector customers.
